In order to stay current with Frederick private practice rates, FCMFT will be increasing self-pay rates to the following effective January 1, 2023 for all new clients incoming to the practice on or after January 1, 2023. If you became a client before January 1, 2023, your rate will stay the same. 

 

$200 - initial diagnostic assessment (individual or couple/family)

 

$185 - 60 minute individual session

$175 - 45 minute individual session

$92.50 - 30 minute individual session

 

$277.50 - 90 minute couple/family session

$185 - 60 minute couple/family session

$175 - 45 minute couple/family session

 

$50 - paperwork report request - insurance does not cover

 

$120 - no show fee - insurance does not cover

 

If you have out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a reimbursement statement at the end of each session which you can then submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Health Savings Accounts and use Ivy Pay for fee collections.
